Refund & Returns Policy

Returns:

• Condition: Due to the artisanal nature of our products, variations in design, size, and color may occur. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Timeframe: Customers must contact Moroccanries within 7 days of receiving their order.

• Authorization: Prior authorization from Moroccanries is mandatory before returning any items.
• Refund: A refund will be issued, deducting shipping costs both ways and a 15% restocking fee.

Claims:

• Damage: In the rare event of receiving a damaged shipment, customers must notify Moroccanries within 36 hours of receiving the order.
• Packaging: Customers must keep the packaging for inspection by the shipping company.
• Compliance: Failure to comply with these requirements may void any claims for damage.
